Our Entry Level Business Development Associate will formulate, develop, and maintain strong communication links between our clients and their customers. As our role with the client grows, so will the expectations of the position. Our goal is to find a Business Development who is looking to continue growing with a company and quickly getting into a leadership / management position as our clients grow.

Responsibilities:

• Learn and client pertinent product knowledge for our brands
• Follow client partners guidelines
• Execute campaign setups, maintenance, and breakdowns
• Efficiently communicate information to clients and consumers

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of retail, sales, marketing or customer service experience is preferred
• Ability to think on your feet and to problem solve effectively
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Ability to apply constructive feedback
• Ability to work in a fast-paced marketing and sales environment
• Must love working with people and be comfortable in a forward facing environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
